Mellissa went above and beyond. She is an asset to Smart motors. She goes the extra mile to help instill trust in the experience at Smart. She was working in very difficult circumstances and despite the deck being stacked against her I came away happy.
An original estimate of $1500 blew up over a week into total of over $6000. Greg not consistent in answering my inquiries. Never have had this type of experience in 30 ywars with Smary.

I wasn’t very pleased about that. David was very kind about keeping me updated with progress (or should I say, lack of progress). He can better explain all the things that happened .
That shouldn’t have been that long! But, David was very kind and considerate. I will call him IF I have any other problems with my 1999
Toyota.
