My only complaint is that the work done was quite pricey. We have bought 8 to 10 Toyotas, most from Smart, in our marriage, and have never bought a new car that wasn't made by a Toyota, now driving my 18-year-old hybrid Camry, which I love, and a Lexus NX, which we also like very much. Our next new car will predictably be a Toyota.
I specifically asked for my spare tire to be checked for pressure because the light was on and they didn’t do it
He was helpful, clear, knowledgeable, and courteous.
She didn’t go over any of the diagnostic information. I needed other things done including alignment and brake flushing that they didn’t have time to do at the time of my appt nor did I know I needed them. Then after I paid I was notified I had no coolant in my car and they refilled it but don’t see anything wrong….this is a huge deal and not something that should be casually brought up after I paid. I wasn’t offered any further information on this just “if it happens again, you should make an appt”. Extremely annoyed and dissatisfied with the service provided.
Paul did a great job explain to everything well. I would say when you pick up your car it can be difficult to find somebody to help you. Thanks
Alyssa is a wonderful Service Advisor and an asset to your enterprise. She understood my problem immediately and took steps to resolve the issue. Working with another area, Alyssa kept me informed throughout the day and she cared about my car like she owned it. I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa and her customer service. Hi there. Upon checking in, I mentioned that I would like to make sure the Diamond Fusion was applied because sometimes in the past, it was forgotten. The gentleman said "absolutely, thank you for reminding me, we'll make sure to get that done for you". Everything was fine, I paid for service for the visit, got out to my car and saw that my windshield was still dirty, which it SHOULDN'T be if the Fusion was done, like I had asked. I went back inside, and the gentleman at the desk kept shaking his head and apologized that the service is no longer being done, and they don't know why the salesman keep selling it. Is this true? If so, I paid for this service upon buying my car, and if it's been discontinued, I believe I should be compensated for the unused services. Thank you for listening.
