I was called by your business to alert me that I was due for an oil change and they offered to schedule it over the phone with me right away. When I arrived and they had assessed my vehicle I was told it didn’t need oil changed until August but it was due for a tire rotation. My husband let me know later today that the tires were just rotated in February when he brought it in for a side mirror fix. It’s not a huge deal but was an inconvenience to bring my little kid with me for an unnecessary appointment and then pay for something that seems like wasn’t needed.
It was unsettling, wow. Justin was awesome.

Good experience overall. I had a sound coming from under the car when I would be in reverse before having it serviced. The sound has diminished some, but can still hear a knock when in reverse. It’s a lot better than 3 knocks. Otherwise, it was a pleasure working with Jesse. He is well spoken, kind, and a good listener.

$217 is a lot for replacing 3 lamp bulbs on my Prius. I’ve changed those lights before myself (I no longer am able) and per the owners manual, it didn’t require the front bumper cover to be removed.
