The passenger side part of the trunk was damaged, and they refused to take responsibility for fixing it. They also told me it was already like that before my car went in for maintenance; it was completely fine.

I had purchased a Toyota from another dealership and thought getting an oil change would be a good way to check out the dealership, should I need any service in the future.
It took over 1.5 hours, with a reservation to get an oil change. Not sure what all happened that day, but I will try other dealers next time.
