Thanks for taking off the alignment since the tires weren't getting done. People have bad feelings about car dealerships having people do unnecessary things to get money. I don't really feel that way so hopefully I'm not wrong! ;)

Jesse is best service advisor I have had in my 55 years of getting service for my vehicles. At Toyota I always ask for him. We have lived in Madison area for 15 years and we bring all our vehicles to Smart Toyota.
China came over to me shortly after I came into the customer service area and shared the services that we’re going to be provided. She also asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my vehicle. When my car was finished, the checkout process was very quick. Jenna was very positive and polite.

Roger and his team got my car done on Wednesday, when it wasn't even scheduled till Thursday! And to mu surprise the bill came to $0! (Becaue the bqttery was under warranty.) I was thrilled.

He explained the process, the process went forward on time and he explained the billing to my satisfaction and the expense was less than my expectation.
