The process with this repair was stressful. The stressfulness and frustration I experienced was when I had to deal with Corporate Toyota. Dealing with Gregorio and the service team at was refreshing and they tried so hard to help me feel comfortable and they tried to show they cared and they kept me informed about how everything was going. The service team went above and beyond what I ever expected.
