I liked it better when we could bring our car in without an appointment. Could leave the car there and they would work on it. It is very confusing about where to bring it and which line to take it to. Do like the guy that checked me in

The time getting a vehicle in was great gregory was great.It just took entirely too long to get the done. We had a 9:45 appointment. We didn't leave there until close.

Vincent told me that my maintenance was not covered when it actually was. Created a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration, I will be taking a break from Toyota and find services where. That was incredibly rude

Brakes feel much better. Didn't really get an answer to the rattle noise I was hearing but haven't heard it again since picking it up so time will tell. David did good though

The cover over the oil pan is missing bolts. Seen it hanging down under the car. Time before that. Forgot windows sticker with mileage and reset maintenance alert. I plan on stopping back to have the cover put back up 4/9/2026
