I dropped it of with a service technician and described a 4wheel drive experience I wasnt sure if it was normal, then a few hours later I was called to ask what the issue with my vehicle was. They said it was driven and seemed fine which might be true but I picked it up with the same number of miles, and no fluids or car wash had appeared to performed like other service experiences. I also received no notice or proof my car had any sort of inspection done. Likely will use other dealerships in the future
This was my first visit to smart motors and I will be returning when my next service is due. Khon was very kind when explaining my service to me and answered all my questions. Overall great experience!

I had a brake system flush and by the time I left the parking lot all the brake fluid had drained. I also question some of the other checks.
