Khon properly communicated all pricing and expectations in advance. My service bill was exactly what he informed me it would be when collecting my signature to authorize service. I am satisfied with his communication and transparency.
I got the time and date I wanted to bring my car in for service. I was kept informed on the progress of my car. And it was a nice waiting area. Beverages were provided and snacks. The time was a little longer than I expected but what counts is the dependable service, and I had brought a good book to read. I was asked if I wanted to add an alignment but I declined.

The service was completed and the initial problem was resolved; however, importantly, now there is a loud noise when driving the car that did not exist before the new ‘front exhaust pipe and gaskets’ were installed.
I question whether something was not installed properly.
It is important that this be rectified.
I will need to bring the car in again, have someone drive the car and identify the loud noise, then fix the problem.
I can only drive the car as it is for a couple days.

I am quite happy with the service provided, it was a satisfactory experience. Upon returning to my car however I discovered that my headlight bulb had died and this had not been caught. It's minimal, very minimal, but a full check of the lights after doing any work related to the vehicle electrics would be expected for starters, but also would have had me coming back for EVERYTHING. A missed opportunity to create outstanding service and trust with a customer. I appreciate the work you did and am very happy that you diagnosed the tensioner for me and fixed the alternator whine. On a side note A vehicle with low mileage and brand new in August should not have the amount of trips to the shop! I’m very dissatisfied with the vehicle thus far. 2025 Toyota Tundra.
