Justin really helped me with getting my Hilander in to diagnose a vibration problem/ brake issues. He listened to my concerns, helped me with options regarding solutions, and treated me very fairly. I especially liked how they got me back on the road quickly as I am in sales and depend on this vehicle for my work. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and will be coming to them for a new car when the time comes. Well done!!!

The only thing that happens everytime is that someone screws with my lights!! My headlights were not on automatic and the automatic bright lights don’t come on! Please don’t do this. This was only a tire. Rotation. Why is anyone touching things on the inside of the car??

I had a complaint about a noise which I described to Mallory in great detail. She reported that two people who drove/rode in the car could not hear it. I was a bit disappointed with this news but driving the car home tonight I couldn't; hear it either. I appreciate her patience and attention to my issue and constructive suggestions for what to do if it returns. In general I have been very pleased with your service department.

I was a little disappointed that she did not go over the service report with me once it had been completed. I had to ask about it. Also they did not reset the “maintenance require” light once they performed the service. Not a big deal but I’ll need to stop back in.
