You rotated my winter tires while my summer tires stood in the back seat and watched. After walking two hours in that meat-locker cold waiting room, that was an unpleasant discovery.

Since we purchased our Prius C from Smart Toyota in 2019, we are disappointed that John is unable to access all of the service history that was performed at Smart in 2019 when we purchased the vehicle. Do we need to access a CarFax report to get the Smart service history?

I believe the oil change should have been covered by the plan I purchased in January 2023, but the tech said he could not find it. It was purchased by my partner, Ani Weaver. There has been a lot of confusion around the plan at multiple visits.
