I had to call to receive updates on my vehicle even though I was told I would receive text updates.
I had an 11 am appointment. I arrived at 1055 & waited in my car for over 10 minutes before I was checked in. I was there for an hour 40 minutes total for a simple oil change. At 1145 the advisor called me to ask if I authorized an oil change. Not sure why it took 45 mins after my appointment to even start the oil change. Also not sure why they don’t come talk to me in person instead of calling and texting.
Ty took extra time with me to go over past invoices and took time and did not make me feel rushed. I appreciated his great customer service and professionalism.
John was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for all you guys do!
After I was done went threw the carwash forgetting to take the work magnet off.the side of the van one of them came off found a couple gentleman on break and they were able to safely help.me get it back! Thank again sorry I don't remember their names. But everyone has always gone over and beyond to make sure people are taken care of!
