I came to get assessed for my van why it has rattling noise, tires still making noise after replacing with new tires. I wanted a proper work done but main shop transferred me to quick shop instead and that was very disappointing. I didn’t just need oil change and tire rotation.

I was surprised that I had to wait as long as I did with an appointment. Arrived 10:35 for 10:30 appointment. Didn’t leave until 12:40. On the positive side, Ty was very pleasant and professional.

I was surprised that I was told I couldn't get the car in until my scheduled time when arriving early. I was working around other things and assumed (wrongly) that if I arrived early, as long as I was on the schedule, I'd get in.
