There was an inspection report error (?) of disc breaks not passing that caused confusion and it was unclear that the condition was corrected when (or if) the car was ready for pick-up, also not clearly communicated.

Eric was totally professional and knowledgeable. He kept me aware of the findings and explained everything to me before any work was done. Very friendly and courteous and walked me out to my car with an umbrella afterwards as it was pouring down rain. Great young man!!
