The appointment took an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. Seemed a little excessive.

Jesse did a very good job of getting to the bottom of my concerns. My earlier experience trying to arrange for warranty work on the kick panel lights had not gone well, which I described in my previous survey. Again Jesse did much to rehabilitate your service / parts departments in my eyes.
