They make me appointment at 8:45 am 05/29/24. I drop the car at 8:30 7 hours later they call me they said we don’t have time to look your car Tell me I’m wrong. Or they are wrong. Please next time be professional on those appointments, that day I was off work because the car was in the shop for service on they don’t do anything in my car. Thank you

The wrong Vin number was used and the cabin filter cover was left on the dash. I reinstalled the cover and called about the Vin number hoping to get a revised invoice. I was told they made notes about the error

I was in a time crunch to get to another appointment and Mallory saw to it that a tech could get right to work on my car and get it finished for me in plenty of time. I really appreciated that my busy day could stay on schedule!

I'm not satisfied at all, after picking up car I went and got car wash and started wiping it down (while car running) and start smelling & seeing smoke. Lift hood and there it was, exact same thing, fluid leaking. So now I have to return my car back to you guys in a hour after picking it up. I'm not happy about that at all.
