Very happy with the attentiveness of Ian and the speed at which they completed to ask. Very unhappy to find my keys left on the dashboard by the technician who washed my vehicle and left my vehicle unlocked in the parking lot which might have been a Temptation for thieves. I would have been very upset to come back and not find my car there. I know it was an oversight please do not scold them I just wanted you to know.

When I arrived at the Express Service, I instructed the technician to not touch the tires since I was just at the tire store where I purchased the tires. They rotated and balanced my tires for me, then filled the tires with nitrogen instead of air. When my oil change was completed a different technician told me that the tires were over inflated. I trust the tire store knew what pressure was needed. Now I have to go back to them to correct. I wish Smart Toyota would have followed my instructions.

The fact that I bring my car in and you want to charge 190 bucks to diagnose the problem is absurd. Went to another place and they didn’t charge to diagnose it, but they have the job to fix it now.
