Your garage door smashed down on the roof of my car breaking the windshield and damaging the roof. That was after being waved in by your emplyee to enter the service area.
I wasn't happy that my oil filter was leaking after my oil change but Roger did a nice job of getting the vehicle in and fixed right away. He apologized several times. He's very nice to work with.

Considering my camera doesn’t seem to be working like it did before and my insurance card wasn’t put back in my truck and after learning that the oil in the truck was good for one year and I still had 3,000 miles until my next oil change we decided not to due the oil change but the sticker in the window suggests that it was changed but the paperwork doesn’t mention that it was,left me confused and disappointed
He did a really nice job making sure my questions and concerns were addressed and answered
David is amazing. Extremely professional, respectful, caring, friendly and gets it done. Fantastic communication and very knowledgable. He also has great follow-up skills. He just knows how to handle customers. David deserves a raise, you do not want to lose this guy-he cares about the customer, doing a great job and the dealership.
