i brought the car in at 9 am thurs then was surprised to find out at 4 that no work had been done on the car — all day. wasn’t ready til 3 pm friday after 2 simple repairs. bad service. never happened before. Next service visit shud be free and done on time

As usual, to the best of my knowledge, the service was completed as planned. I appreciated that Liam completely reviewed the inspection report with me. Most simply give me a copy and state the inspection report is clean, leaving me to review it at another time.

I don’t know what caused the backup, but when an appointment is made service should begin then. No fault of staff. Fault of facility.
