Paul Fredrick has been a wonderful customer service representative for so many visits at Smart Toyota! He takes his time to explain details with a caring attitude that which is very much appreciated. So many times in the car service industry,you may get the opposite, but PAUL is the BEST! He seems to have a uniquely patient understanding of the customer. I don’t like having to schedule an appointment. And if I do express there is always a long wait! I can’t wait to pay off my loan and I will be going back to Subaru. There service is 100% better

And when I pick up the car, I told me what spot it was in, and I had seen it when I drove in anyway it had the red thing on the seat the paper on the floor, The radio ear splitting and water bottle in holder.

Thanks for the great service today! We knew we’d have to wait at the express service but I was able to take my work calls while we waited. Everyone was very helpful to get us where we needed to go. Communication was proactive vs reactive. We are 5 minutes from the east side location and had a not great experience last time. They charged us for the service under warranty. We’ll gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to come to your shop in the future! Emily and Joshua
