I made the initial appointment to investigate two distinct noises that my car has recently started making. After a $3000 “repair,” the noises are completely unchanged. In fact, I heard one of the noises within one block of driving after picking up my car from Smart Toyota. I’m thoroughly disappointed. That was an incredibly expensive GUESS at what the problem was. How will you make this right, Toyota? I am very dissatisfied and I will share my dissatisfaction with others. You’re fine with “cookbook” issues when the problem is obvious, but you’re deficient when a problem requires serious investigation. I don’t even think someone went for a drive to attempt to hear the noises I described.

All the RAV4 buttons on the windows control panel and overhead lights need to have lights for easier operation at night.
Technician was amazing but I had an appointment and they were not able to look at my car for an hour and a half after my appointment. Meaning I was there for 2 hours for a 30 min session. I would have loved a call in advance offering to reschedule since I lost time at work, etc for my appointment. I didn’t need my tires rotated that day. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment was?

We were disappointed that Smart Motors didn’t carry a replacement tire. Tha being said Justin went the extra mile to insure that we received the tire and our car was serviced. Justin was excellant !

To be honest, the Odana service location has been low on our list for some time, but this latest experience has completely changed our mind. Not only did the Odana Toyota service location make an honest call for a repair that the Eastside location was going to overcharge by more than $4000, but the Odana location was very professional, timely, and courteous. We will be bringing our Toyota Highlander back for service at this location from now on.

I was surprised there was no children’s waiting area in the express center like there is in the main part of the service center.
i brought the car in at 9 am thurs then was surprised to find out at 4 that no work had been done on the car — all day.
wasn’t ready til 3 pm friday after 2 simple repairs. bad service. never happened before.
Next service visit shud be free and done on time
