The ventilation system is still blowing cold air as if the air conditioner is on. It is not turned on. I will be coming back.

I waited 10 minutes at the service garage door. There were several employees inside standing around talking and joking around and I was ignored. It wasn’t until another employee shouted out “service help needed at bay 6 and 9” that someone came out to help me. Yes, I had an appointment.

It seems it would be more efficient to do the initial check right away, while I waited, rather than making me take a loaner, only to drive to the east side of Madison …and then essentially right back.

My husband waited for 1.5 hours for a basic oil change that he was told would be done in an hour. When he approached the desk and pointed out that our car appeared to be done, but he had not been told it was ready, they then spent 15 minutes locating the paperwork. The cost for the service was also higher than at the dealer we go for our other vehicle. We probably will look for another place to get service.

I arrived at the time of my appointment and had to sit in my car in the bay for 20 minutes before the advisor checked me in. Very frustrating, especially as I was trying to get work done while waiting for my car.
