Prior to our chat, please review the texts, voicemails, call log, reports, diagnostic and verifying fees, change in cost estimates, pick up date and exchange issues including I get in my car to exchange the rental and it is totally still taken apart w service red seat covers, wires, and dashboard all exposed, days go by w no return calls and even yesterday when I finally was able to get my car back, and I called ahead to make sure it was put back together justin only looked at the outside without reviewing why the car was there. And while I’m ant the desk walks out to actually look inside to check.. And I was still asked to pay. No compensation for this truly bad service.

When I first got my car back from you there was an issue that was new. A tech guy came out and fixed it, but it should not have happened.

You have changed in a remarkable fashion. I had total trust until todays very unprofessional conduct. Every customer was presented with the same dirty filter scenario. New ownership has clearly destroyed service. In short, it was terrible. I was very disappointed and will likely pursue alternatives. I also intend to tell my story to many others
Super quick and friendly.
I arrived five minutes late for my service, however the vehicle sat outside for an additional 30 minutes and the total service took over two hours to complete. I had to check in multiple times at the front desk to even get movement on the vehicle.
Only problem was the wait time. Also told that with Synthetic oil, only need oil change once every 10,000 miles? Never been told that before.Is this something new!
Eric kept me informed along the way and went over th inspection with me, answering any questions. Very customer service oriented.
