Right after service I couldn’t find my tire lock mechanism. It turns out they had it at the shop. However, the gentleman handling my car did a great job and helped me get it back! Also the wait time was long but it’s great you allow same day drop off and wait so it’s understandable based on the number of customers you had waiting. Overall I’d rate my experience an 8/10.

I has a tire sensor going bad that i had asked to get looked at. When my appointment was over and someone cane to tell me about the work done on my car, nothing was mentioned of it. I asked and he said “oh, i forgot to write it down, my bad. Will that be credit or debit?” Obviously not giving a ****, and then proceeded to explain the procedure of using a diagnostics tool to read the sensor IDs like i hadn’t asked for the service and dont have a clue what a car is. I also had my tired rotated and bow my alignment is messed up and my car pulls to the left, so thank you for that. Im not sure why im getting pushed over to the express bay for my service when im scheduling appointments but it sure is something to feel like a secondhand customer. Will definitely not be returning if i am to be put back in the express bay
