I appreciate people showing up for their jobs and doing them well! Both guys who helped me today were great to work with. One checked me in and the other was Liam (I believe) who checked me out. I’ll be back for some 100,000 mile fluid flushes!!
No need to call. I am about 95 percent happy. It's just that I asked if someone would check into fixing the stuck lid that covers the drink holders. I had to remind them twice since no one remembered. Then they just said they could not fix it. Understandable. But no one suggested anything I could do about it. Not a big deal, but not excellent service because of that omission.

David has excellent customer relations skills, and he even went into technical details of the questions I had, showing me diagrams of the relevant parts. I appreciate his patience, his good manners, and his eagerness to make everything right.
I also was pleasantly surprised about the courtesy rides from and to the shop, which saved me much inconvenience.
What needs improvement is the scheduling. I knew I wanted replacement of the rear brake pads, but I did not know how that corresponded to the options presented in the website, so I called to make the appointment. The person who took the call failed to point out how the service works (the website also does not have sufficient details) was somewhat impatient, and incorrectly took down that I requested the service on the front wheels.
Everyone was very nice today. Best experience with cars yet!!! Thank you.
