I was told when I arrived had make an appointment.
I mentioned tomorrow is a holiday and I need my tire replaced. I going out of town.
They said had to wait hour.
Hour later had my tire
Liam was friendly, and let us know that we could have service very soon.
So far so good.
They did a good job.
Only comment to make was that the store was busy on Monday. I had an 8:30 am appt. and no one started the check-in process until 9:00 am.
It took forever. I was told that they could not find the key for undoing the lug nuts on the wheels and that they might have to be cut off. Eventually they looked in the tire changing equipment and found it. My last tire rotation was with Smart…. So I don’t know if the last rotation folks put the key in the wrong place or what…. But I had a lot to get done yesterday and something simple ended up taking a Looooong time. I was not charged for the service but that didn’t compensate me for the time or stress. This was a new sort of experience for me at Smart. Maybe the heat? IDK.

The service techs are great! No problem there. I had to wait and hour and a half because you can’t hold a spot like you used to be able to do. I liked that much better than first come first served. There’s always a wait! There has to be a better way! There is nothing express about this service! Very misleading. Do better
