was satisfied for the most part but the communication between the people working on the cars and the person that let's customers know car is done was not the best today. Found out I had a nail in my tire but if I didn't bring up the tire light being on , no one was going to tell me
So glad you caught the gas leak on my new car! That could have caused problems if you hadn’t noticed it:) I am also happy you changed the key battery, also, seeing I was having trouble starting the car at times. The car is bearly 2 months old!! It should be in perfect condition. My last Rave 4 was 4 years old and never had anything in those 4 years!!
All the employees were excellent. It’s simply difficult to give up a 1/2 day for a service that takes 20-30 minutes. I couldn’t schedule an appointment until 8/19/24 and will be on vacation from 8/14/24 on. Since I needed a headlight replaced, I couldn’t really wait.
Your staff were polite and faster than they estimated. They communicated well and are a huge asset for you.
Justin was attentive to me and offered a loaner when service was taking longer than expected.
The overall wait having to stay there for 3 1/2 hours. Why do you have to stay there after checking in?
Came in for 110,000 mile service. The coolant was right at MIN before I came, tech marked it as good on the sheet. I asked them to double check and they did top it off for me, but that’s just lazy work.
What else are they skipping? I’ve had problems in the past, but thought with new owners I’d try again. Will look elsewhere in the future.
The appointment took 90 minutes.

I got an SRS airbag malfunction alarm, which is not comforting, and had to wait over a week to get my car checked. Ian let me know my car would need to be in overnight to have a new seatbelt installed. When I called the next day, after 3:00 in the afternoon, to check on my car, I was sent to Ian's voicemail which said he was out until Monday (this was on. Friday). At 4:31 on Friday I got a text that my car was done. I could not get there by 5:00, closing time, so I picked up my car on Saturday. Ian of course wasn't there. I have always gone back to Smart Toyota because of the high quality of vehicles and service. But in the last few years, the service department has been terrible. You can't get in for normal maintenance without calling and making an appointment, which can be up to 2 weeks later. The "express" service is a joke. I'm asking around to find a new dealership where the service is acceptable. Not getting my next vehicle from Toyota.
Sebastian was super helpful in explaining the costs and the work that would be done. I received an update on the work completion which was helpful. The woman who helped with the rental was also super helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 for both!
