After receiving a call that the van was finished, I returned to pick it up. There was a woman at the front desk, and when I let her know what my name was, she said that someone else probably had my sheet. I proceeded to stand and wait for five minutes before someone else asked if I could help. When Mike opened up a file cabinet drawer and found my sheet of paper, the original woman asked him if it was in the drawer. It would’ve been appreciated. Had she asked a couple questions and I had been helped sooner. Overall, it was a good experience.
