Good afternoon,
I was disappointed for many reasons with your service center. First disappointment is after making an appointment it didn't seem anyone had time to look at it that day. I didn't get a diagnosis until I reached out mid morning the next day.
I had told your staff that the transfer case was leaking. They told me that was very unusual for the age of the vehicle and that might be covered under warranty.
AFter the diagnosis I was told the repair would be about $500 and parts needed to be acquired. I thought maybe those parts should be in stock, acquired after making the appointment, or could have been ordered the first day you had the vehicle. I decided to pickup it up at that point.
When I arrived to pick it up I mentioned the warranty service had been implied I was told that 'I guess we could try that but we haven't yet'.
I asked to please do so but haven't heard anything back yet. I feel as the 200 evaluation fee was quite steep for service I received.

It took a little bit of time to get the car completed. But after doing much Of my own car work over the years, I fully understand how frustrating and involved car repairs can be. And this particular repair I’m sure was a big headache for the technician.
I am tremendously grateful to everybody involved for not only the repair itself, but making sure it wouldn’t fail again after a short while. So thank you!

I appreciate the time spent on taking care of my vehicle. I will call early October to schedule an appointment for front brakes and cabin filter.
While the service on my car was done in the time frame I was told to expect, I had an 20 min. wait without anyone telling me Ian would be out soon to meet with me. It was my first visit to Smart Motors’ service department and the wait time seemed excessive to me, given the number of staff in the area at the time of my arrival.
I will definitely appreciate a communication session with your representative as I have an issue with having to paid for a tire rotation today and are scheduled for new tires and an alignment on Monday.
