Melissa is probably one of the most natural people that have held that position. Very comfortable during the busy receiving process when all the cars are stacked up before the opening bell and confident when time to discuss dirty filters and added cost. Her patience is appreciated. She could lead a clinic on customer service. I watched Melissa affectively deal with what I thought was a high maitnence customer better than I or most could’ve. Melissa is a keeper. Please treat her in that manner.

Only concern is the fact that you have to show up at 6 am to get in line for the non-appointment service bays in order to get in and out quickly. You used to take a name and give an estimated time to come back, now they tell you you can’t leave and come back. I prefer the old process.
The advisor was great& after 10+ years of being a loyal customer, i was given my service for free. Felt good.

Too long of wait. 3* hours
The bill was high. Oil change and tire rotation.
10hrs plus to fix a leak. With labor cost this high, i expect to be faster. Should have a time limit of fixing/repairing anything...first time and probably a last time
