Had a 10:30 AM appointment and no one came to greet me until 10:50 AM. Had to speak with a manager to get my car in by 11 AM. I received no updates during the entire appointment being contacted only when my car was done. I feel that needing 1 hour to rotate the tires is ridiculous - my husband can rotate them in 30 minutes.
When I have an appointment I don’t expect to have to wait for an hour past my time. Also, it appears that they have a daily meeting at 10:30 AM everyday so why do they make appointments for that time. When I arrived there was a vehicle in the service bay and 1 behind them leaving myself as the 3rd vehicle with no place to park and no one available to check me in or let me know where to park.
Customer service is awful here and you can do better.
You got it done but it took three trips on my part and you had my truck a total of seven
I appreciated the teamwork between Liam and the associate he was training today. They were both professional and approachable, and gave me honest advice and guidance on my service today. One of the many reasons we stand by Smart.

We had a very great experience at Smart Motors with William Sindberg. He explained everything in a patient, friendly, easy to understand way. He gave us a realistic time it would take and the waiting room was comfortable. Our car was checked over and maintenance done as needed.
Jesse was great and kept me informed. He remembered to reapply the windshield treatment even though I didn’t tell him.

The service itself was fine. I appreciated the thoroughness of the diagnostics and service. My main reason for saying "no" is the high cost of labor. I know it's skilled labor, but the labor cost is always a bit of a sticker shock.
