Scheduled express service is 1 hour, confirmed by Smart personnel several times. Mine took close to two hours and a about 15 minutes after the my car is text arrived. That my key was not in my car when I was finally ready to leave was more proof (another 5+ minutes including finding someone since the front desk was unstaffed) that something is very wrong at Smart Motors. Awful experience for a long time customer.

Joel was friendly and very professional. Everything was explained and then after the service he went over the vehicle report thoroughly and scheduled our next appointment.
Melissa was very helpful in organizing the early morning arrivals for non scheduled service. She was pleasant and efficient.

Despite having an appointment at 10:00, we did not get to leave until 11:30. That was about 30 minutes longer than expected. Also, costs seemed much higher than last time. Service was friendly though.
It was a long wait on uncomfortable chairs and no cookies.
The people that took care of my service were terrific, friendly and helpful.
Appreciate the timeliness
The key fob that we finally got after waiting 9 months, was programmed, and worked but was missing the key. My husband had to go back today and talk to parts/service. Then he has to go back in a few days to pick up the part.

Appt was at 5 to find out a appt at 5 could mean 6. Got in my car and the inside is my door had black grease on that and on the center counsle. Besides I was early and stood there by my car over 10 minutes before being noticed. As they went over the paper work it was not complete so I hope they really did check my breaks. Last oil change the cabin filter was left on my dash. Have not been satisfied with much of the service I have received after the purchase of this car. New Windshield new rear window and having to have it at the body shop due to you tinting the windows like 3 times to get it right. I paid for gas in the loaner plus you used my gas driving my car around. So smart toyota did not get a recommendation to anyone from me.
Eric explained in detail the results of the performance of my vehicle, I really appreciated the time he spent with this.
Melissa is both knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like my car was in good and capable hands.
