Came in for an oil change on my 2013 Highlander and thought I’d be there an hour. After an hour the guy came out and said there were a bunch of things that were recommended, all wheel drive service, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, transmission fluid, spark plugs, air filter and cabin air filter. I initially said I’d prefer to get a list of those things with the amount and I may set up to do another time. Total was over $1200. They offered a loaner and said could do it all today. I felt like I was getting pressured to do it but figured it’s already here and saves me a trip. I said do everything except the transmission fluid since I thought that had been done elsewhere. Then they said sorry, we quoted you for spark plugs for 4 cylinder and not 6 so it’s $520 for that not the $290 quoted. I asked them to honor the initial quote but they would not. To their credit they did comp the oil change and I think the air filter. But when I picked it up I don’t think the awd service was done. The whole experience was clumsy.
This was my first maintenance appointment since I’ve owned the vehicle and I was completely satisfied. I asked a few questions and he answered completely and accurately.
Ian was professional courteous. Even though I mistakenly showed up on the wrong day he was able to perfectly accommodate me and get the work done. Thanks!

David went out of the way to help me. Problem with battery from O'Reilly Auto parts. He talked to the store in Mt Horeb. When I got there the person he talked to was gone. Gary wasn't going to assist me. I called Cole in parts and he explained what I need and convinced Gary to get me the correct battery.
