Unfortunately fault codes and pop ups on the infotainment system get cleared on power down. I reported multiple issues and none repeated during today’s inspection. I also reported loss of driving power during heavy acceleration. This loss of power mandated pulling off the side of the road on the interstate. This cannot continue to happen in the future.
She was super friendly and helpful. She made the process swift.

I had to wait 2.5 hours for a tire rotation, even though I had made an appointment. The wait was longer than when I did a walk-in. I'm not sure if I'll come back. It's time for me to find a place where I won't waste my time waiting.
When I call for an appointment and am told a specific time, I assume that is the time my vehicle will be worked on. I found that not to be the case once I arrived -after driving an hour and 20 minutes-that no, in fact, it was just the appointment with the Service manager. He then explained that my vehicle was not specifically scheduled for work, but would be worked on sometime during the day and maybe be done by five. I was asked when I set up my appointment if I wanted a loaner car. That is nice, but it was never explained that meant my vehicle may not be ready that day. It would be a good idea to explain to your service customers that when you bring a vehicle in, it does NOT mean that is when work will be done. Your managers apparently do not even know when a specific vehicle will be worked on. What? This is an inexplicable way to do business.

Got in my truck this morning and turned on the wiper blades and whole passenger side wiper blade was not attached. Just had it serviced by you guys yesterday and have not driven anywhere else since this morning. Either my wiper blades were not inspected or someone inspected them and did not properly put them back on. I stopped in this morning to have it fixed. Waited 20 minutes for no one to take care of this problem. I had to go to work so I left with no one fixing it. When I was there I was told someone would look at it. 20 minutes later I can’t stay longer. This was less than a five minute fix. Now I will buy new blades and fix it myself for something your technicians either should have caught or caused. Not sure I trust the inspections anymore. This is not the first time I had problems, previous had the oil cap go missing from your servicing.
