You had the car for two days could not fix any of my concerns left the car, dirty and almost out of gas. The Rado I had was a RAV4 stripped down model. I could hardly see out of the front because the seat was too low yet I had to fill the tank full, when I returned it. My car, they took everything out of the back, but not but did not put it back and left the car dirty
This was the first time we serviced this vehicle. Granted we did not purchase it from SMART but it is a Sienna so it is not our or SMARTS fault but did expect pretty good treatment regardless. I mentioned a slow leak in one of our tires and was told nothing was found. The tire is already low this evening. I do not believe the technician used anything to deteck the leak. I would rather not have to bring the vehicle back. Costing me time from my family and concern for their safety with a slow air leaking tire. I do not blame the technician or the service representative. I believe they did what was expected of them.
Noah was great. Gave me all the options for my service and didn't make me feel like I was being up sold. More informational than anything. Thanks. Good job Noah.

The oil change was done in the expected timeframe. Liam was actually training someone on checkout procedure so I had limited contact with him. Payment and pickup process took a long time consequently and I was directed to retrieve my car from in back while it was actually in front. On the plus side, the explanation of the condition of the vehicle was very detailed. Glad to see you are training new people though!

I always come in here for my oil change because I only trust my Prius with smart Toyota. I especially appreciate Bryce letting me know I got another unused service voucher. This place earns my full trust.

Headlight correction was not completed as described
They told me they filled the tire pressure of the spare to 60psi but my Sienna doesn't have a spare. I was also disappointed to see they put ow20 in without mentioning it. The Sienna recommends ow16 and although they say ow20 is OK, why wouldn't the dealer be using ow16? I also arrived early but still was there for the full hour which i guess is fine but seemed longer than needed for an oil change and tire rotation. Also like 4 people who came in after left before me. Minor stuff but expected better on a brand new Sienna.
