My mother and I have been trying to separate our accounts for several months after she sold me an old car of hers. Despite trying to separate the accounts and having the correct contact information for each car confirmed by smart motors staff on three separate occasions, I have continued to receive phone calls and texts regarding her car, and she has received phone calls/texts regarding mine.

The unpredictability of when my car would be available for pickup was pretty disruptive. I live a fair ways from the shop and have to plan my visits so it’s annoying being kept on edge into the afternoon not knowing whether I should go home or hang around town in case my car is ready.

Staff were very kind and explained all that was done and may be needed on the future well. However, I showed up for a 10:30am appointment and did not get out until 12:30. Way too long to have to wait to get an oil change.
