we were told it would take about 30 minutes once the vehicle was driven into the bay. Ended being more than 60 minutes. The service was fine though

Every time I bring my car in I am impressed with the service. I assumed I would wait while my car was being worked on however I was actually supposed to be dropping it off. Caitlin was amazing and asked if there was something they could do and whomever she spoke with accommodated and I was able to wait a reasonable amount of time while they worked on my car. I am grateful for the above and beyond service.

Picked up vehicle on August 9 after two weeks w/o due to no parts. Used loaner for the time being. No issue. Antifreeze service and rotate tires in addition to main issue. On the way home tire air light on. Vibration from tires. Has these addressed in Dells for $150.00. Noticed oil leak from engine and called on Aug 12th. Got in August19 at 10:00 am after a week of worrying about leak. Again w/o vehicle and finally contacted 3:00 August 20 after more than a day. Vehicle done. Needed a drain plug or something that someone screwed up.Told my wife" No charge". No s--t! I live 80 miles away. 160 miles round trip and 2 hours away. Now I will have driven 4 round trips, 2 of which were because some tech screwed up and I should be pleased because of "No charge". 320 miles and many hours of driving,plus extra time having new tire sensor found and replaced in the Dells, but
there will be "No charge". How would you feel? See you tomorrow.I hope vehicle is finally fixed .
