I was in Madison and I don’t get there often I live 70 miles away … my oil change was due in one month or so and they would not change it …. Now I have to make a second trip to get my oil changed or pay for it here … really it shouldn’t be that way when people live that far away … I bought the Rav 4 from you … you could have saved me a second trip

David has been awesome over the last couple of year's. For eight or nine year's Smart Toyota sales, parts, and service has been great. It was always about making customers feel great with their choice of coming to Smart Toyota. It was, as though, Smart has always known we have a choice of where we spend our money. Within the last year or there abouts it seems as if they have changed? It seems as though the changes that have been made in the everyday buissnes structure have been made to increase profits. In fact, it seems as though the climate has changed and now it is all about profits. It just seems as if many of the staff are no longer happy. It used to be they was focused on the customer now it is making someone or something else is their focus. The parts count has changed, Empty! It used to be very appealing with great displays, now empty and soulless. In service the staff seems distracted. The writers really cared while we new they had a job to do. Yet, they have always been kind and friendly. Now it seems forced. Even the quality of work from the service techs have dropped off. My last four repeat visits have not been my choice or due to the quality of my Toyota vehicles. Basic service work was completed poorly and without an eye for detail. It feels as though staff are scared of something pwithin Smart Toyota now? All I know is the front office apologizes but nothing has changed for months. In fact, it seems to just be getting worse. I'm starting to think I need to find another dealer? Again, David has been awesome but it is clear things are not the front office controll.

Noah was very excellent in providing and offering service. He was very well mannered when I declined one of his offers. Noah went above and beyond expectations by using a little compressed air to blow out my engine air filter, for which I am very grateful-thank again for a wonderful experience.

I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I also asked if they could replace the bolts in my rear license plate since they were rusted and one had broken off. My car was there for SIX hours. Liam never once gave me an update. I walked up to the service counter about 5 times (maybe once an hour) and called once asking for updates. Liam was never anywhere to be found. Other service advisors stepped in to help including Sam who gave me a loaner since I had a doctor’s appointment. I’m used to service advisors giving me updates when things are taking longer than usual. I felt invisible. Liam also gave me a list of expensive services I was supposedly overdue. One was a brake flush which I had done at your service center in 2022 during my 100,000 service so not sure why it wasn’t in your records. I have a copy at home. He also brought out my air filters which I had just had replaced months before. They looked great. I felt he was just trying to upsell me. I’ve been a loyal Smart Toyota customer since 2010. I need a new car and was going to get another Highlander this year but after today have decided to buy a new Honda.
