My issue is that with Toyota care, Toyota is paying for the services. After Toyota care is up it’s Smart giving employees free oil changes. Until the Toyota care is up employee oil changes should be treated just as customers. We should have to wait until the end of the day to maybe not even have the service done. Very much an inconvience.

Mellissa did a great job. As someone who has experience as an automotive technician I greatly appreciated the accuracy of information provided and the ethical approach to providing service without attempts to upsell services that are unnecessary or premature. I will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Joel did an excellent job of informing of what was done and what needed to be done. I forgot my knitting and he rushed it out to me, I think that is going above and beyond. I am very happy with service by Smart Motors..

I had body side moldings put on my Venza. When I picked up my car I was surprised and disappointed that the moldings were not what I expexted and the ones on the driver side did not line up. I talked to Nate and he said he would call me the next day. Ot was 2 days before we talked. I told him that I just wanted them removed and did not want any replacements. He said to bring my car back today and he would remove them and redund me for the cost. He did and I am happy with the resolution.

Joel was very good with his service and explanation. However when we got back in the car there was a very strong smell of smoke. We do not smoke in or around our car as it makes us ill. I hope this is not something that will happen again.
