My prescription glasses were on my front seat in a triangle black case. When I got my vehicle back they were not on my front seat. Toyota was the only place I was today and I know for a fact they were on my front seat because I was wearing my prescription sunglasses. I want to talk to a manager about this! I bought my vehicle from Toyota and I get my services done and now this?
I was sad the cookie case was empty in both waiting areas...oh, well!
I was glad to talk extensively w/ Ryan Kutty about how buying a new car has changed from pre-Covid times. My husband & I purchased my Camry Hybrid in 2015…but thanks to excellent care at Smart Motors Toyota, it’s chugging along pretty well. However, I may be interested in a newer vehicle at some point.
Joel explained everything clearly and gave me a sense of how long things would take. I also appreciated knowing upcoming maintenance so I can plan for it.
