We looked forward to an improvement of the car performance to last 2 more years. The car is still drivable, but after the whole diagnose, we were recommended to replace the engine. Why can't we replace the part which is leaking or bad?

You took about 5 hours to do a simple job.oil change. It took me about 7 months to be on your system to get my oil change done. Your people is really unprofessional I'm 0% satisfied with your service. Thanks have a good day.
