Unfortunately, I pick up the Highlander yesterday and it stalled. So the electrical wire work done and paid for was not the issue.

Unfortunately I was not informed that my wait time would be 2 hours. Had I know this I would have stopped by at a different time.
Technician never reset the maintenance and the message still indicates that maintenance is needed. Not sure if the work actually done or not.

When I arrived I was told it would take an hour. No one updated me that it would take longer. After an hour and 20 minutes, I received a text that my car was ready, but no one came to talk to me. I checked in with the desk twice and had to wait another 15/20 minutes before someone could help me get my car. I would have at least appreciated an update that the wait would be longer.
Quick and reliable. I like the popcorn and beverage area.

Mallory was on her phone 5-10mins while i was patiently waiting, looking for my car, before helping me. Then, when i asked about the maintenance plan, she said, “There’s not much i can do five minutes before close” and told me she doesn’t control the Toyota maintenance plan.
Jesse was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his advice and Toyota standing behind my product.
My car was not fixed as promised. I asked many specific questions because they kept my car over the wknd and was told one part fixed it all which its fixed nothing. I bought this car as a gold certified less than one month ago. I have tried calling to get it back in with no call back.

I had a very frustrating experience yesterday at Smart Motors yesterday August 27, 2024. My car was in for extensive work - Transmission Fluid Leaks & Rear Shocks. I made an appointment for 8 am and I was there with my car slightly before 8 am. I was told that the work would not be done until 5:00 pm. However 5 pm turned into 6 pm, which then turned into the possibility of my car needing to be kept overnight! All extremely frustrating as my husband & I made numerous trips back to Smart Motors to check on my car. If I could have foreseen the amount of time that the work would take I would NOT have had multiple things done at once. In addition I would respectfully ask that Mr. Ganser NOT be my Service Advisor going forward. Hopefully I will not need any more services done for a VERY long time. Dolores (Dee) Grade
Bryce needs to be paid more for the hard work and commitment he gives everyday. Give him a raise and I'll be satisfied. And not a little $0.50 raise either, give him what he deserves.
