I called on Monday morning to learn what my vehicle needed as far as service goes and learned. It was a tire rotation. I stopped in over the lunch hour at the recommendation of the person I spoke with on Monday to hopefully get in and out and around an hour. One hour 20 minutes later, I was approached and told that they had just realized that I actually need new tires because the treads are so low. So they would not be rotating the tires today. They weren’t even sure they had the new tires in and available. I had to get back to work. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for nothing to be done on my car. I am not happy with the service at all.

It still pulls to the right a bit. Not as much but noticeable. The tires were off by one psi so I’m hoping once I put a little in that the pull will cease.
My main issue was with the lane departure alert being to sensitive. Instead of making it less sensitive the mechanic made it more sensitive. I cannot believe they test drove it.
