I felt like I was overcharged for their screw ups. First, they missed to change the oil when I set an appointment specifically for oil change.
I went back in to get the oil change. Even though they provided a “$10” discount plus a not needed “premium car wash”, there was a charge of “shop supplies” and I paid for the Labor again which would’ve been covered when I went in the first time they only did tire rotation and inspection.

I was generally satisfied with the work done but I will still like some comment on the sound which seems to be coming from the front shock absorber I had mentioned.
I was surprised and very pleased that I was able to get such quick service today at Smart’s express service bay. It was a lot like the good old days at Smart Motors. Please keep this up!
