Being a single, older woman, I didn’t know what to expect. My husband use to do all the car maintenance. I didn’t feel pressured or told I needed some unnecessary repair. I got it fixed within a half day. Everyone I encountered were respectful and professional.
Melissa was great and fixed a scheduling mistake that someone else made.

The moment I drive it out of the Smart Motors parking lot, the brakes started screeching. They haven’t done that before and we’re checked off as fine, so I’m assuming there’s an issue with the alignment. I will bring it in tomorrow to have it checked.

The oil change and tire rotation service was excellent, on time and very well done. The issue that I think was very inappropriate was with the manager of the oil service department. Here is what happened: When I went to the car wash, the side jets and one of the top water systems did not work, only the soap and the spot free rinse. I came to the service department and talked to the manager. He came out with me to know which of the bays I was having problems with. When I started explaining the issue, immediately he cut me off and said, the system works, your car is wet!! When I explain the problem he immediately said, oh, it it because you did not aligned well the car when you entered the car wash. Let’s do it again he said. I drove to the car wash while he was observing and of course I was right. The jets did not work! He immediately put some cones so people could not drive to the faulty car wash. He asked for my keys and said he was going to take my care to their own car wash system. A lady took the car and within minutes my car was back. He just handed me the keys and said you are ready to go. The issue that I have that I addressed with this manager was that it was totally inappropriate the way I was treated, especially as he was the manager of the oil service department. I told him that he made me feel stupid and I did not know what I was talking about. He said that it had not been his intention. I just feel that his manners were very inappropriate with a client. By the way, I have bought and serviced in Smart Motors four Toyota vehicles that I have purchased over a span of 25 years.

Only needed a tire rotation, but service was timely (within their estimated wait time) Ana’s everyone was polite.
