The service work was excellent but trying to sign in for service was a 40 minute ordeal. The gentleman who was doing his best to get a tablet that worked could not get help from his colleagues. Unfortunately, as a result it took four hours to get the car serviced.
Great group of guys yall have. Super helpful and friendly. I even got to witness them handle an upset customer and the did a really great job talking him off the ledge.
What more to say. Happy with every aspect.

Although the shop was busy, my car was finished sooner than expected, and when Noah was sidelined by something unexpected at the ladt minute, he got a colleague to check me out so I would not have to wait.

I thought I was there for an oil change. It was confusing with my warranty expired... Liam was able to straighten things out but I felt things were not presented well. The woman on the phone told me different than Liam.
I arrived at 6:50am. I was told it would take about 2 hrs Ok. I sat near the entry and saw people arriving after me and leaving before me. Prior to leaving, I asked Noah what that was all about. He refused to accept that had happened, which it definitely did. I also think someone needs to teach Noah some vehicle etiquette. He recommended two things which I was aware of. Then he added, considering the age of the vehicle. I may have a 2017, but I have only 54,000 mi. I will be driving that vehicle for many years to come. Quite insulting!!
Mix up on what oil was put in my vehicle. The sheet says either synthetic or regular and sticker in vehicle says synthetic. No one knows which is correct. I worry about when my next maintenance is due-5,000miles or 10,000miles. Not happy with the mix up.

Other customers come in the waiting room; 10 or more minutes after I did, and left 10 or more minutes before my vehicle was done! It took 1.75 hours.
Mallory did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of the check engine light issue. Brian kept Mallory up to date on his findings as well.
