Very professional in dealing with the evaluation and any appropriate repairs needed . What was done to the car was explained in detail that I could fully understand which I appreciated . Thanks to the crew that serviced and the needed repairs on my car .

headlights turned from auto to off position. Scuffs found on 2/4 rims, Toyota rep. took pictures before I left the lot. Inspection video was unusual, did not walk around the car or show what was worked on. Inspection video was not as detailed as previous encounter was. When asked if the car is safe to drive home, Ganser was hesitant to answer. Phone call logged. The ride felt different when driving home. Unclear if whether I’m developing mistrust or the experience I had today wasn’t as good as when I had Ian handle my appointment.
