The only complaint I have is that I take my car in for service and I have settings selected on my car and these settings get wiped out when I pick the car back up from service. I did not know my lights were not set to auto after my 5,000 mile check up and drove at night with the dash lit up and the map control lit up so I thought my lights were on - they weren’t and almost got in a bad accident because if it. Today, I said my seat needed to be adjusted for comfort and asked who could help the person who gave me my keys to get my car sent me to the front desk where they sell cars. I also asked for help to put my lights in to auto from the front desk staff. They also tried to help me make my seat adjustment to the most comfortable I can get seeing I’ve been getting a back ache from a long drive. Today, I drive back to the service garage to ask where my dash info went. I used to have EV mode settings, time and trip Mileage info. The staff explained I needed to select and put that info back On seeing it said no message. I asked how to do that and the staff explained I was told that info when I picked up my car in January. I said I can’t remember all the details from that 30 minute tutorial. The person helping me did show me the button to select what data I wished displayed. I said I don’t understand why I bring in the car and it loses all my settings. I feel for better customer service you should take note of the settings and put the car back to these settings before a customer picks up their car or you explain the settings were lost due to service May I help you put the settings back in place? The staff member was concerned they would get a poor rating. They don’t deserve a poor rating this is a Toyota procedure problem which could be corrected and make customers happy.

Arrived early, but car was serviced later. I did not feel like check in person was engaged in my concerns. I need to return to dealership because I am still having issues with my lift gate.

I had scheduled an appointment for my 10,000 mile check up about a month ago. When I arrived yesterday, they were unable to find an appointment for me. My husband had scheduled an appointment for his truck and instead of keeping both scheduled, we are guessing they cancelled mine. I was pretty upset, as I am a “make sure I have an appointment so I don’t have to wait” type of person in all aspects of my life. Everyone I interacted with yesterday was wonderfully nice, seemed understanding of my frustration, and was great to interact with. Despite me not having an appointment (though I PROMISE I did), they made time to get my car in, which was finished up in less than an hour. Customer service is HUGE for me, and everyone’s kindness was awesome. Highly recommend!! Thank you for your kindness!

Very professional in dealing with the evaluation and any appropriate repairs needed . What was done to the car was explained in detail that I could fully understand which I appreciated . Thanks to the crew that serviced and the needed repairs on my car .
