Joel was the best representative I’ve had at Smart express lube. He was polite, up front with wait times and made me feel comfortable. I would guess I’ve been there 25 times and this was a good experience. I’ve had a few that weren’t as good that have made me think about going elsewhere.

Joel was very professional with all of the maintenance my vehicle needed today, offering estimates for time and cost for anything he thought I might need and bring very forthcoming with updates any time those estimates changed. I would be excited to have him as a contract person any time I return for more maintenance.
