I was not optimistic that I could just show up late Friday afternoon and get my punctured tire plugged. Joe and his crew of several Express mechanics immediately spent a lot of time considering the large construction bolt that had penetrated my RF tire. They figured out a possible fix and a back-up plan. The fix worked and held on their test drive. Their time and expertise was a modest $30 well spent. As a result, I will return next week to buy 4 new tires. -- Neil G
