Ian went above expectations with his service. His explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle’s air conditioner was clear and easy to understand. He understood my comments and questions and was cooperative in setting a work schedule that worked with my needs. I was fortunate that Ian was my service advisor.

I know Saturdays are busy at Smart Motors. When I dropped my car off, the expectation was that it would be a 1-1/2 hour wait and then 30 minutes after that to service my car. When I returned at 10:30, my car was in the bay being worked on and it appeared they were finishing it up when I let the folks at the desk know I was there. After 30 minutes passed, I checked on the status and was told the car was in “QC” (no longer in the bay). After another 1-1/2 hours, I checked again and apparently my paperwork had been filed and nobody notified me the car was ready (even though my app told me it was, but I was dismissed when I asked about that.) SUPER frustrating to wait unnecessarily for 1-1/2 hours. Toyota set the expectation correctly (my car was ready before 11 AM) but I sat there until 12:30 due to negligence. Other than that, I was satisfied with the actual servicing of my car and with the thoroughness with which the team checks the condition of the car. I appreciate that. I know your team works hard, and I’m not sure how my situation could have been avoided. I did my part to let them know I was there, and then followed up twice as to the status. Human error - it happens.

The service was completed 30 minutes, the guy just screwing around. I finally confront what the hole up. The answer was too busy I was there and saw what's going on. NOT acceptable service!
